BEST IN BREED
This documentary explores the underlying human tendency to compare ourselves to others and prioritize our self-worth above everything else, using the world's oldest dog competition 'Crufts' as a backdrop. It raises thought-provoking questions about this fundamental principle and sheds light on the emergence of a troubling phenomenon. While the event itself may seem absurd, the documentary unveils the deeper issue hidden behind the comical notion of "my dog is better than yours" – the dangerous inclination to believe "I am better than you." This mindset is closely linked to ideas that compare races or nations, hinting at the potentially harmful consequences they can bring.
